RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

UNITED STATES.
All returned items should be declared as a “return of merchandise ” (categorized as a NON-SALE item) on the customs declaration. Returned items that do not include this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ACCESSORIES AND ITEMS PAST THE POLICY TIME FRAME ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.

We stand behind our products and quality. Because of the nature of our upscale collection every item is carefully inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged shipment or defective item notify us with in 24hours at (450) 314-2050 or email us at info@boutiquemadeinitaly.com and we will rectify this right away.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
Include the invoice in your return package and identify the eligible items you would like to return or exchange. If you would like an exchange indicate the model and size, you would like to receive. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, you can print out the order confirmation email or log into your customer profile at www.boutiquemadeinitaly.com and print out the order summary. Please ensure that all items listed are included in the SAME package.

NOTE: If we do not have your requested item in stock, we will reimburse the item with a store credit.

The Invoice for your Return must be included along with the eligible items you would like to return/exchange. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Invoice along with FINAL SALE items and accessories will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. You may also return items in person at our store location.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Allow 3-5 business days to process the return and new order. You will receive email confirmation and tracking information once order is shipped.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
• Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the receipt of your Return. Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. The amount of your Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

• NOTE: Client orders from Domestic ,USA and Internationally will receive a refund to the original method of payment.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
• We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns we do not issue refunds back to your method of payment (except for clients living in Domestic USA or internationally, these clients will receive a refund to the original payment method).
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for FINAL SALE items.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for any accessory items.
• The amount of your credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date for orders with Domestic Clients living in USA or internationally must return merchandise within 10days of the receipt date.

• Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and must have original tags attached.
• All merchandise will be inspected thoroughly to ensure that the items are still in original condition.
• We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
• If an item is Ineligible for a Return or past the policy time frame and is included, we will return the Ineligible Item to you at your cost.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
• Store Credit does not expire.
• We do not cover Return shipping, duties or custom fees for any purchases nor are we responsible for any stolen, lost. damaged or delayed returns.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges

Customer’s Responsibilities
• You can cancel your order only if the goods have not been shipped. Once the order has left there is no possibility for cancellation or modification.
